We are alone. In a cave, clutching to keep our eye lids open,
To absorb that last beaming glimpse of light, of our lives.
We are slowly dying. Trying desperately to remeber what we are, what we were. We run our fingers over our body to remember. This is what we were.
And as we remember, and stroke our body, this is what we are. What we have become.
Is death really the end? Or does life just keep going?
Trapped in our caves, in this dark world where we dwell.
The light is an illusion, a fantasy we depend on.

| The name's Tim. I've worked very hard to get to were I am today. I believe in taking things easy though, so if an opportunity to cut corners presents itself, I'm not one to hesitate. Because of this, my school thinks I demonstrate leadership abilities, and has giving me several opportunities to present those abilities to my school. I mostly work at it in the theater department and I'm having a great time there. I come from a dysfunctional household, I have two siblings, I'm the middle kid. I love to read and write. I have an artistic eye for seeing beauty in everyday things. We are all in such a hurry, that we miss the beauty in the small things. I believe that my photography is about stopping and catching the beauty we miss everyday in our rush to go no where. |
